1. Product Validation Intern
Position Description:
This job is an very important to qualify Encounter Design System's place &
route flow quality and performance.
1.Responsible for setting up a design suite to qualify Encounter tool by
running flow from RTL synthesis, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing
and optimization.
2.She/he need to monitor whole flow result quality, analysis and found the
reason of any QOR degradation, including timing 3) degradation, DRC
degradation, runtime or memory degradation, etc.
3.She/he need to regularly send report summary.
4.Need to write necessary script to improve efficiency and productivity.
Position Requirements:
1.Undergraduate of master in EE major.
2.Result driven and details focused working attitude
3.Good knowledge in placement, routing, clock tree synthesis, STA, low power
concept, etc.
4.Good technical experience in Unix/Linux usage. Perl/Tcl/Cshell script is
plug.
5.Good written English and oral English. Good team work ability.
6.Strong problem analysis ability and solving ability. Can work hard, and
work actively under pressure.
2. Product Validation Intern--GPS
Position Description:
This intern will work in Encounter GPS (Global Physical Synthesis) PV team.
The responsibilities include:
1.Assist in Cadence EDI development and validation
2.Validate and maintain comprehensive GPS unit and flow test cases for
Encounter Digital Implementation System.
3.Develop test suites of the new features of EDI GPS functions
Position Requirements:
1.MS or excellent undergraduate
2.Digital IC design knowledge is necessary, statistic timing analysis
knowledge is a strong plus
3.Unix System knowledge, vi/TCL/TK/CSH/Perl will be plus.
4.Good communication in English and Chinese, good confidence and self-
motivation.
5.Commitment to work as intern for at least 6 months
3. Product Validation Intern-- NanoRoute
Position Description:
This intern will work in Encounter Block Implementation Product Validation
team
and focus on Router. The responsibilities include:
1.Assist in Cadence EDI Router development and validation
2.Validate and maintain comprehensive NanoRoute unit and flow test cases for
Encounter Digital Implementation System.
3.Develop test suites of the new features of EDI NanoRoute functions
Position Requirements:
1.MS or excellent undergraduate
2.Digital IC design knowledge is necessary, statistic timing analysis
knowledge is a strong plus
3.Unix System knowledge, vi/TCL/TK/CSH/Perl will be plus.
