C/C++ Software Engineer （C/C++软件开发工程师）
Responsibilities:
In VS2010/Origin C environment to develop scientific computing, data
analysis, image processing, as well as the low level programming module for
Origin software.
Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent programming & debugging skills in C++.
2. Familiar with MFC, or cross-platform development, or 1+ year's industry
experience in software development is a plus.
3. Smart, good coding standard and strong knowledge on programming.
4. Good interpersonal skills, quick-learning, team-working, self-motivated
and hard-working spirit.
5. BS in computer science, applied mathematics, or other related major.
6. Good writing and reading skills in English is preferred.
职责：

Customer Care Representative
OriginLab Corporation - GZ office
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Customer Care Representative to
join our team, to keep pace with expanding customer base. The focus is to
build and maintain relationships with key customer sites, with a view to
help scientists and engineers make optimal use of our products.
Responsibilities include:
1. Help customers get started with the Origin Software
2. Performance and Manual testing on Origin license and website.
3. Providing professional advice on installation settings/license technical
issues
and solve the user serial numbers related issues.
4. Build and maintain relationship with new and existing customer sites
5. Responsible for sales, marketing programs and timely feedback to
supervisor
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor or above is preferred
2. Physics/Math related background, Origin background is a plus
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills(CET 4/6)
4. Strong problem solving skills，Good communication skills and team-work
spirit.
5. Good computer skills
License技术支持/销售代表
职责：
1. 协助客户使用Origin
2. license测试和网站测试（功能性测试）
3. 在安装设置/授权许可的技术问题上能提供专业意见并解决用户安装设置，序列号相
关问题。
4. 建立并维护新老客户关系表
5. 负责Origin销售工作，及时反馈上级主管销售方案
要求：
1. 本科或本科以上学历优先

Technical Service Engineer (技术服务工程师 )
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with development and product group in gaining good
understanding of new features from a customer point of view.
2. Collect testing data and help quality assurance in developing effective
testing procedures for new features
3. Write, review, and edit technical user documentation and product
marketing materials targeted at customers.
4. Provide technical support to customers
Qualities Required
1. MS in Physics, Physical Chemistry, Applied Math, or related fields.
2. Experience with Origin, MATLAB, Mathematica is highly desirable.
3. Excellent writing and oral English.
4. Good analytical capability.
5. Good interpersonal skills and team-work spirit.
