成都的IT公司不多，EMC是一个不错的选择，想回成都工作的话，不要错过这次机会，已
经2年没整么招过人了。
简要介绍下公司情况。EMC在城南天府软件园，成都现在在打造天府新区，城南的前景非
常光明。天府软件园离中和和华阳都很近。中和华阳的房价6000-8000左右，这房价跟帝
都魔都比，你们懂的。这次招的职位是QA，软件测试。平时基本上不加班，20天带薪年
假，每个月15%的税前月薪可以拿来买85折的公司股票，买了马上卖出也能赚折扣的差价
。去年今天股价是23.30美元，今天股价是28.34，长期持有也不错。有附加商业保险，
5险的个人部分由公司出。具体底薪我就不清楚了，到时候和HR谈。
以我的经验，公司对应届生的技术要求不高，最看重的是Soft Skills，面试问的技术问
题都比较基础。我相信大部分科大同学都是满足条件的。而且这次职位开放的比较突然
，我估计竞争应该不激烈。

Job Description
The individual would be joining a Quality Engineering team that is
responsible for designing and supporting automated system/solution level
tests and planning test cycles for a world-class middle range storage system
in a system level testing organization.
- The candidate has to be able to understand VNX products,
architecture and how different features may affect each other; develop test
strategies at the group and cross-functional levels, and drive their
implementation through technical leadership of cross-functional test
development teams.
- The candidate should have the technical understanding to work
directly with software developers to influence design changes to improve
quality and testability of the product.
- The candidate would also write and automate tests and plan test
configurations.
- There is a potential to develop enhancements, modifications, and
corrections to existing test methodologies and processes.
Required Skills
- BS, MS in computer science, electronic/electricial engineering,
mathematics or related field with strong foundation in mathematics and
computer science, knowledge about computer network and internet.
- Familiar with Unix/Linux and Windows system.
- Has test and coding experience of perl, C, C++ or Java will be a
plus.
- Proactively identify problems and propose solutions.
- Good command of English in reading/writing.
- Good communication skill of oral English.
- Should be a good team-player.
- Willing to be a QA engineer.
