在这家公司实习了两个月，因有事离职，帮Boss找一实习生接替我的工作。

Legend Arb Trading Ltd is a recently start up proprietary trading company 
which is specialized in market making index and commodity futures. As the 
company is consistently looking for new strategies, a lot research and 
development need to be done.

Currently, we are looking for some Junior Research Analysts who can support 
our small team to find profitable trading strategies.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

- is flexible
- can work independently
- is proficient in Excel
- has experience in programming in Visual Basic language
- is good in sorting data with Excel or using VB


Your responsibilities will be:

- Looking product information from Bloomberg and Wind 
- downloading (raw) data from Bloomberg and Wind
- sorting and filtering the data
- analyzing the data by using simple statistics


公司总部在香港，是一家成熟的期货交易公司，主要进行股指期货套利交易，这边的
Boss（经验丰富的期货操盘手，帅锅一枚）是被派到内地来发展市场的。虽然是才起步
的小公司，但跟着Boss可以直接学到很多实用的期货交易知识，很适合志在于此的师弟
妹们。

我的主要工作是从Wind上查找下载股指期货相关的数据，做简单的统计分析，通过历史
数据回测得出合适的套利策略，在模拟交易系统中测试策略，最后BOSS会给一个小额资
金账户让我进行手动实盘操作来测试策略，如果效果不错就会让IT写成程序化交易。

不懂期货基础知识但想进入这一行的也欢迎应聘，我自己便是从零开始学习到现在已经
进行实盘操作了的，过程中BOSS会耐心地教你，同事也都很nice~还等什么，赶快来投简
