Other roles include supporting lab based activities, including but not limited to helping support customers development of initiatives on big data, cloud, high performance computing (HPC) and "Internet of Things" (IOT), providing onsite technical support at road shows and industry events, debugging customer issues, preparing complex technology demos to support launch and other marketing events. and providing general lab and inventory management for the team.
